The recent successful sale of 22 Mercedes Drive, Holden Hill, completes Mosnar’s first property development project.

As you know, Mosnar Properties is a small family company formed primarily to build a diverse investment property portfolio based in the Adelaide residential market. The objectives of our first property development project were two fold. Firstly, we looked to grow our knowledge of all aspects of the development process. Secondly, we cautiously sought to avoid the many pit falls of the process and to realise a profitable outcome. I am pleased to advise that we achieved both of these objectives.

From the initial selection of a suitable land allotment, through planning and budgetary advice, functional design, comprehensive marketing and finally successful sale, your company has provided advice and professional services that have proven pivotal throughout this process. It is obvious that Brock Harcourts Salisbury has a very strong team ethos. Consequently, I acknowledge that all of your staff have contributed, in some way, to the service and support that has been provided to Mosnar Properties during the last 18 months.
