Niki Koulla-Shizas has a wealth of experience in real estate. Having started as an administrator and obtaining her sales licence and manager's licence in quick succession, Niki settled into her role as a property manager over 16 years ago. Niki keeps her clients for life and they all become raving fans! Property Management is a competitive industry but Niki's point of difference is her attention to detail and looking after her clients' properties as if they were her own. Louie Hanias

Louie is Brock Harcourts Salisbury’s freshest recruit. He has a Visual Arts New Media degree under his belt where he learned to make short animations and build websites at the University Of South Australia. He joined the work force as a draftsperson at a multidisciplinary engineering firm where he worked for over two years, during that period he noticed that his client liaison and meeting clients’ expectations skills would suit him in a more challenging role. He turned his attention to Property Management where he completed a course at the Real Estate Training College, where he realised this is where he wants to pursuit a career. He has come to the Brock Harcourts Salisbury office with the energy and enthusiasm to achieve great success in building a good relationship with both landlords and tenants and to build and create a good rent roll. He enjoys playing, talking and watching soccer. He loves the nice country drive to Wallaroo where he spends most his time fishing or relaxing on the beach. He will be hearing bells at his wedding in October 2010. |

Maria has been in Administration since returning to work after a long absence from the work force. After completing her Certificate 3 in Business Administration she obtained work in the accounting industry starting out as a data processor part time. Her skills gained her extra hours in the peak season, which in turn got her a promotion as office manager for the state office within 2 years. After 6 years in the accounting industry she wanted a change and chose to find a position closer to home and therefore has been with our Salisbury office for 2 years now. Her skills as a communicator and administrator have been most welcomed within the office, she has now joined the Property Management team and her high level of service will continue on in this department. |
